My wife and I purchased a short term rental condo in Orlando as an additional asset to our small business rental llc. Lourdes and Pioneer Mortgage were our loan officer/ mortgage advisors. We had a large down payment for this purchase but still needed a small mortgage loan to cover the remaining investment amount.
